It was in a great spot where you could walk anywhere or catch a cab… now I do have to say I wasn’t too excited about the coffee !!! They had none ( just in the room .most of these hotels have coffee in the lobby I guess the washer a stove top made up for it . Not that I used the stove top but the washer was great

Super closed to Namba station and most of the tourists attractions were walkable. Just those facts already are enough to love the hotel, yet their service/staff was amazingly attentive. I highly recommend👍

Great customer service and friendly. Greeted by staff with every encounter. Large rooms, and bedroom separated from bathroom, living room and kitchenette were a plus. It made traveling with a toddler easier. Close by to the Namba train station so getting around Osaka was easy. The hotel is within 5 min from shopping, markets, and great food. Awesome location. I would stay here again, and recommend it to friends with children.

Very corporate, but well situated with everything from Dotonbori to the train and metro station at a walkable distance. The only major issue is the mattresses that are way too hard, making it uncomfortable to have a good night sleep. As soon as they solve this problem for travelers, the place will be a nice little neighborhood apartment hotel where people will want to go to.
