Air quality inside the hotel seemed to be very poor and smoky. Triggered minor asthma reaction. Im guessing it maybe got into the air filters from the fire the month before across the canal, but outside air was fine so maybe not. Otherwise was a killer location, and well kept otherwise.

This hotel was the best location ever, everything was within walking distance, and we where right in the middle of all the action! The hotel was rather spacious compared to our other hotels in our stays at japan, the staff where so lovely, check in was easy and fast. Would reccomend to anyone wanting to stay!

This hotel is in the middle of where you want to be. Walking street only with plenty of food and shopping options. It was clean, convenient and with good service. Breakfast was excellent and coffee machines worked well.

Just steps away to the lively dotonbori entertainment district but clean and quiet on the inside of the hotel. Our room on the 11th floor overlooked the busy street but you couldn’t hear any of the below noise in the room. Front desk/lobby is on the third floor. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a super busy but great location. The aircon didn’t work very well - it would time out every 20 minutes. The room was small but to be expected, it was nice and clean.

Ideal location right on dotonbori, we were on floor 8 and couldn’t hear any noise at night which is great. Could be cleaner, carpet wasn’t very clean, cleaners missed a dirty tissue under the sofa and toilets smelt of drains. Staff were lovely and room overall was good.

This is the perfect hotel if you want to stay in Dotonbori! The staff were all so friendly and helpful!! The room and all amenities were very clean, and the cleaning staff were great. The laundry is convenient and cheap. Overall, it was an incredible stay, and I highly recommend staying here! Amazing hotel that was made even better thanks to the incredible staff. Thank you for the incredible stay!
