I like the convenience and walkable distance between hotel and public transportation. However, the hotel may need to work on the details cleaning in room and have a look into the laundry room’s condition. Thank you.

It was the dirtiest hotel that we’ve stayed at in Japan. When we first arrived at our room, we found: 1) pubic hair in the bathtub 2) hair in the floor drainage area 3) hair around the bidet 4) brown stain on the toilet seat that I had to use a paper towel to chip off 5) dust on the foot of bed, table and window (I’m allergic to dust) 6) empty bottle at the bottom of the bed We’ve stayed at many different 3 star hotels in Tokyo and Osaka during this trip. They all felt like 4 or 5 star hotels except for this one.
