had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. What really stood out was the location super convenient and close to everything. Easy access to public transportation, great local restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing spots just a short walk away. I felt safe and relaxed the entire time. Highly recommend for both solo travelers and families!

Convenient location and kind staff

The location is convenient to go to various spots in Osaka. Shinsaibashi is close to Kyocera Dome and in one of the shopping areas in Osaka. There are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. They provide organized check-in system and people working there are all nice and kind. I lost my glasses in my room but they found them and kept until I returned to pick up my checked luggage. I really appreciated it.
