We enjoyed our stay at this property. Holiday Inns outside of the US really do have better foods during their breakfasts. Room was clean, had everything we needed and in a prime location. Just be aware there are some adult themed businesses within a close proximity of the property if you have small children you will want to get back to the hotel before it gets dark before those businesses open. Heavy foot traffic but we couldn’t hear the city noise from our room so we were able to sleep well. All in all an excellent stay for our family.

The friendly and service minded reception staff (especially from Ms. Horita and Mr. Urich) who will go the extra mile to assist you. The hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is situated in a safe neighbourhood.

We had a great stay in Osaka, vut the hotel was really nit the highlight. If all you need is a bed, then great, but don't expect a quality hotel. This place is very dated, and hasn't been renovated in ages.

The front desk service was phenomenal they helped plenty of times! The surrounding area was busy due to the nightlife, but this hotel definitely helped give us a little calm safe haven. Rooms run a little small but it had everything you need and all hotel staff were very kind and would say hi if they were out in the halls. Great experience overall!!

Location is excellent, but room is very dated. Some electrical plugs not working. Caulking in bathroom area has many black area. Shade between window of bathroom and sleeping area can not block out light. Smoke/mold smell. Condensation dripping from ac near elevator area. Room ac temp at time too cold at time too hot. No way if maintaining temp. Have to adjust throught the night.

Hotel needs major repairs. Carpets has stains. Lobby is quite busy with people checking in And out. The bathroom in our room is clean however it smells. Bad odors from urine and chemical combine. Walls are way too thin. We could hear kids running up the hall way and upstairs floor.

Hotel was centrally located close to Dotonburi and all the nightlife and shopping but the hotel was nice and quiet. Close to lots of good restaurants also. Hotel is a bit of an older style but the interior is modern and clean.

The hotel is a close walk to Dotonburi and Shisenkei area which are filled with shopping and dining options. You will have to walk through the night life to get to the hotel so it could get quite busy however it is not noisy once you get to the hotel room. Very convenient location
