The hotel is in a good location for shopping and restaurants (huge selection on 8th floor food court) but is completely impersonal. We literally talked to no staff in our 3 nights there. You check in and get your room keys at kiosks like at an aiport. Check out is the same way. For the most part you will find no employees in the Reception area because it is all kiosks and self-service. The price is reasonable (saving grace) and the rooms are fine and clean so that part was fine. If you are OK with an impersonal hotel with a ton of tour groups this one is great for its location but I wouldn't stay here again. I prefer a more boutique experience (which it seemed it could be from description) but this is actually a massive hotel with 1,000 rooms and no one around to greet you!

The room was decently spacious for Japanese standards & we looooved the bathroom. It was essentially a wet room with a giant tub which was much appreciated after all of our walking. We do wish the laundry room had more machines though since there was quite a bit of a wait even though we got there as soon as it opened. The location was great and the staff were all very friendly. Check in/out was super easy and digital.
