The room was clean, and large! It also came with a couch and a massage chair. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing that I wasn't aware of was that it was what they refer to as a Love Hotel. This is something Hotels. Com should have made known. Outside of that, it is right in the heart of the shopping and entertainment district.
Amazing Hotel, would stay here again anytime.
The room was very clean and huge compared to a regular Japanese hotel room.
The staff was great and very friendly, even though communications was a bit difficult as I don't speak Japanese and their English was limited. (But worked really well using translation apps)
But everyone should be aware that this is a Love Hotel and there are some explicit things you will see. (but way less than I expected.)
The only downside was, that for some reason the power was switched off and on once per day, I guess they reset the room for daily usage or something like that? I never bothered to actually ask about it as it wasn't that annoying.
Strange little hotel, but great location and the room was very big for a Japanese room. Big bed, sofa and coffee table, large bathroom. And the location could not have been better.
Good location but the hotel is old outdated and I tried to change my room because the smell is very bad but the staff said it's fully booked. I'm not coming back to this hotel.
I'm a foreigner and the stay was good quite and in a good location in Namba station, good price when I needed something same day. Room was nice and clean and roomie..
It was very nice room, you can find whatever you need, the room is silent and very big room, in the city center. The breakfast is also nice if you like..
We truly enjoyed our stay here. It felt great to be able to fully settle into the space and spread out. Having access to our very own massage chair each time we came back for a break was pure luxury. The staff were accomdating to our questions and kind. Loved the tub too! It was a bit odd however how everything In our room was wrapped in plastic.. we didn't love that.
