The staff were extremely accommodating, the room was clean, the location was perfect for a couple with one day to pack in as much Osaka as possible.

Loved the room but their AC does not work and was told it’s old building so they blast the heater through central pump and there’s no way for individual rooms to change it to their liking. Breakfast was okay. First few mornings we had no idea there was a whole another section of food on opposite end of dining room

New Hotel Otani Osaka was an absolutely great experience. The staff were extremely friendly and approachable. They were very accommodating and the room cleaning personal were too kind and helpful as well. Overall we really loved our stay at this hotel for 8days. Would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends visiting Osaka.

We had a very pleasant stay in Hotel New Otani Osaka for five nights. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is nice, and the location is close to the subways.
