Nice place. Great service however the windows are not operable and the air is dry. Would be nice to have more control over the a/c unit in the room (it only allowed heat this time of year - no cool air flow - January). I would have been much more comfortable if I could have the choice to crack a window from time to time or turn the air cool periodically. Great location.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. Check-in was easy and we were reminded of the local taxes we would pay. The hotel was clean, staff were always courteous, our room well kept. We also loved the hotel’s proximity to transportation and other attractions Osaka is known for.

Arrived and checked in for 3 but room provided only amenities for 2. Tried to call housekeeping with no answer for over 30 mins. Tried calling front desk, some one spoke in Japanese, I replied in English and the call was hung up. Thought some one who speaks English would call back but no one called back till the next day when we needed to request from the lady cleaning the room as she walk past our room.
