Amazing traditional Ryokan experience

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and it was an awesome way to experience an authentic Japanese Ryokan. The option to add the breakfast was great- another traditional Japanese style item that added to the experience.

This ryokan was very spacious and was located in the heart of Dotonbori. The staff were very friendly and the property was clean. The halls had a bit of a strange smell, but the room itself was fantastic and had a stunning view of the river.

The staff was incredibly sweet. Even though I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, they still left fresh toiletries and snacks at the door along with a thoughtful note. I also used the luggage service, which was handled smoothly and made everything so easy. Thank you for the warm hospitality!
