Good value hotel near Kansai Airport but a bit dated. Breakfast was plentiful but felt a bit rushed as airline crews use the hotel and were going to work. 7-11 is downstairs. Highlight was a morning walk to Rinku park about 15 minutes away.

I had a comfortable stay at Washington Hotel Kansai Airport. The room was spacious, much larger than I expected for an airport hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the terminal and train station. Great choice for travelers catching early flights.

We stayed at this property on the first and last night of our trip. It was easy to walk to the train station and the stores/outlets around. We had the buffet breakfast twice and had dinner in the restaurant - all very good. The hotel reception has a luggage scale which is so helpful when packing. Lots of toiletries/amenities were available in the lobby. About a 15 min cab ride from KIX. We are planning on going back next year.

Just 1 station away from Kix and even a shuttle bus is available.Room is clean and staff are nice, check-in and out is done at Kiosk machines and very fast. Laundry machine is plenty. And the best thing is breakfast is so good.
