Situated in the heart of Dotonbori but you wouldnt know when in the hotel as it was nice and quiet. Excellent room and all facilities, and wonderful friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent very easy to get around walking or via transit. Staff is very welcoming and efficient. Room was clean and cleaning service daily with clean towels was appreciated. Breakfast was fine with a large selection and decent coffee. Overall we were quite pleased with our stay.

(pos) very close to dotonbori area ( 5 min walk) Lawson market on the corner of the block. nice local wagyu beef grill restaurant across the street. breakfest was nice. (neg) room was small, bathroom was even smaller, shower was kinda of cramp. should have some hooks for bath towel in the bathroom. no early checkins

I would return here in the future. The complimentary drinks and snacks as well as the complimentary bathroom essentials were so delicious and added to the experience. Our only comment is the air conditioning. We were here in the hot summer (July) and wished the air conditioning was stronger.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Everything was very clean and well kept. AC in the room was a little inconsistent. Some other guests were a little brutish but that’s not the hotel’s fault. A lot of foreigners stay here. Location is great if you know what you are getting yourself into. Overall really nice!

This hotel has some great staff and offers drinks in their lobby 24/7. They also have a microwave in the lobby for you to use. Their breakfast buffet was alright, but wasn’t the best we’ve had on this trip. For a group of 3, the hotel room was on the smaller side, even for a Japanese hotel, and our room didn’t have features that we found very useful in other hotels, such as a small closet, and a luggage rack. However, it was easy for us to walk to the nearest train stations and surrounding areas to explore Osaka. Everything was reachable in about 10 minutes.
