Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic accommodation with seperate toilet and bathroom and kitchen facilities. The building is incredibly secure and close to multiple stations and bus stops including a fifteen minute walk to Osaka station. Close to restaurants and convenience stores.

Clean, easy check in and nearby lots of things. A Yamato Transport is not far from hotel if you wanted to send your luggage, as the accommodation does not have luggage transfer.

Good location. Very Clean. Air conditioning was OK, Laundry was good. Kitchen was good. There were lots of shops nearby. The space was a little space though.

It was super clean. We had a problem to get in with the front door lock, but their support on the tablet was good. Other than that, It was very good and we will stay again!

The toilet room walls, door, and light switch were noticeably dirty and heavily stained. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel has some shady NSFW activity, though they generally keep to themselves. Check-in is later than convenient and strictly enforced, while checkout is very early at 10 a.m. Trash is not collected during the stay, and only one towel per person is provided, so plan accordingly. Expect frequent ambulance sirens at night and construction noise in the morning. That said, the room itself is functional and convenient for a short stay

The building was clean and staff was helpful through virtual. No actual front desk receptionist. Location is quite far from the station. Our overall experience was good, with a little kitchenette.

The location is good and 10 mins walk from subway . There are several things that they could improve on. 1). I am 5”10 and I hit my head several times to the hood of the stove, the cabinet doors and etc. if you are over 6 feet, it may not fit you. Everything are done online or without much interaction with human which feels odd that when I arrived in a Tokyo hotel, I was greeted with the Japanese experience. Otherwise it is not bad

They didn’t send the code to get in on time. People at the virtual front desk are not helpful at all. No place to store luggage; not even recommendations. Code given was wrong so we had to get into the building thanks to another guest. Some bulbs in the bedroom were not working. A/C is not enough for the entire apartment.

The property was clean and tidy. No new available towels, robe, or toiletries per day (no reception to ask for it anyway). Check in and check out is all virtual. It took us 15mins walk to the nearest train station.

Property was spacious and fully equipped. The beds are not the comfiest but they are clean. Shower is great. Love that they have a full kitchen equipped with fridge, stove. There’s also a washer in case you need to wash. Access to the building was a little confusing but nothing you can’t figure out.
