after we had checked out. and were waiting in the lobby prior to us leaving the hotel for the airport we had asked the front desk personnel them to get us hot water for our thermos the gentleman told us no. Now we always stay their 2x a year and 2x while were are traveling around Osaka. The gentleman was not accomodating at all. leaving my husband extremely perturbed and we will probably no longer be staying or recommending our friends for this hotel we will be gladly be staying at the Swiss Otel namba. We always feel welcome and treated properly without having to pay also for an extended time for checkout.

Amenities are great. I especially like the free laundry and lounge access. The laundry is 24:7 and unlimited they also have option to compress your laundry or plushies to give more room in your luggage. You can sit in the laundry room and enjoy some hot drinks while you wait. The location is perfect it is inside the shopping district so it is close to the shops restaurants etc the breakfast buffet is amazing hands down lots of great options both Eastern and western. The rooms are cozy. The rooms aren’t very new but well kept. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel, the lounge is a welcome bonus, with a variety of soft and alcoholic drinks available between 2pm and 10pm, whiskey, vodka, margarita mix etc. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Don't forget to put your request for room cleaning on the door! Free washer and dryer is very useful. Walkable to everything dōtonbori has to offer.

Like the properties location. Right at the center of shops and restaurants and just a 5 minute walk to dotonbori. Would highly recommend. Oh almost forgot, they have a lounge area with free beer amd snacks.

Great location. Rooms could do with an upgrade Booked for a family of 5 but the room only had 4 small beds, staff at the hotel didn’t help at all and it was fully booked, couldn’t get an additional room either. Had to purchase an inflatable mattress for one of the children..

The location is perfect! Surrounded by all the shopping, food, and entertainment. The hotel is clean, friendly and it has an eatery on the first 2 floors with restaurants if you dont feel like going to far. Will definitely stay here again

This place is an absolute no-go. The room has not been updated and I would say more than 30 years. The carpet was sticky, The linoleum floor in the bathroom was sticky. The room was small and smelled. Possibly the worst room I’ve ever ever had in my life. So many better options out there.

The room has dirty walls, dirty curtains, and worn, unclean carpets. The bed is very uncomfortable, and the pillows are extremely hard. It’s clear that no maintenance has been done for a long time. The room needs painting and overall upkeep. I am very disappointed with the room we were given, especially as an Expedia Platinum client. It does not match the price we paid.
