Large spacious rooms. 15 min walk to osaka station. 2 minutes from Umeda sky. Pretty basic stay but all the essentials available.

Very nice and clean. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and it was nice for a family of five with teenagers. It’s a staff-less hotel so no refreshing towels or daily cleaning. There are washers/dryers on site as well but guests were leaving their clothes for extended periods, long after the wash is done, so it was a little difficult to use. Luckily there was a laundromat a couple of blocks away. Location is residential and not a whole lot of food options within a 10 min walk. Overall it’s a nice hotel. Would stay here again.

The reason for my low rating is because of the unmanned front desk. Checking in was long and challenging. They have a video call support line but the experience is unpleasant as others were trying to check in and I could barely hear/understand them.

Was disappointed that they only offered to clean room and give you fresh towels after 4 days. Had to share 4 towels among a family of 5 for 4 days for a week long stay

Because there isn’t no receptionist and there checking in needed to be done with tablet, it wasn’t a smooth process, especially the part where reservation number wasn’t provided prior, didn’t game entrance code for tour front door, and had to input all the guests’ info on my own. In addition to the issues I had with the checking in, someone made a mess at the lobby area which was left untouched for almost a day, and the trash from the room didn’t get picked up for days. Not so convenient for foreign travelers staying for more than a day or two.

Was very basic. No restaurants near by. Lots of construction around so it was difficult using google maps. No drying facilities in room especially when they expect you to reuse rowels and dryer doesnt work.

Close to station and close to the best sushi we’ve had yet! The room was good side for our family of 4 and the beds comfortable, but the checkin was little frustrating. Once we figured it out then easy to get in and out. Recommend!

There is no staff on site so it is a self check in and check out service and they ask you to scan each guest passport and to take a photo. I understand the security reasons for it but it was a bit of a hassle after a long day of traveling. One other thing I was not fond about was the toilet and sink and shower were all separated and the sink was open to the bedroom. Other than that the the space is nice. The TV projector is cool and plenty wall outlet for charging electronics. I also wish the hotel offered umbrellas for borrowing.

It’s a little distance from station, but still walkable. Its about 5mins walk from convenient store, grocery store and yamato transport will help out who traveling around Japan and saving costs. Negative part is hard to figure how to get in the facility for check in, and washer is using all the time. They should add more washer/dryer.
