This location is absolutely stellar. Very close to fabulous markets and easy access to multiple stations. Although the property offers basic amenities and the rooms were a bit small, we had everything we needed - including a free washing machine with dryer (expect the clothes to be slightly damp when finished as this is typical in Japan). There is a community room with microwave, vending machine, large table and chairs if you need a larger space than your room may offer. But rooms had a kitchenette with sink, microwave and small fridge as well as some utensils. All of these ammenitities came in very handy during our stay.

Alarms went off the middle of the night

Well in the middle of the night someone set off the alarm to the building and we couldnt get a hold of anyone. The QR code was not available at all even during the day time.

Location was convenient and close to transportation, shopping and food. Lack of elevator made it hard to move heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The dish sponge in our room had hair on it and we saw a cockroach in our room the first night.

Less than 7 minute walk to 2 different train stations. Several grocery stores around. Check in process very simple and convenient. You can store your bags if you arrive early, as there is no early check in.

We loved the options for different room types. Travelling as a family of 5 means we needed space and this property allows for us to stay in 1 room together comfortably. The check in and check out procedures are also well laid out. The luggage lockers are available even if you have checked out of the room.

Impressive!

Recommend for family to stay in Osaka. The room is new, clean and comfortable. Not far from shisaibashi station. My kids want to stay here again when we come back. I forgot souvenir pillow at the room and the host send it to my brother who travel in Fukuoka and will back later than me. It’s free of charge!! Appreciated!!

Easy check in and check out process. Property located close to the main tourist area but kind of hidden to prevent the crowd. Big lockers for storage luggages before check in time and after check out time makes the vacation ease. And the laundry is free to use which added the convenience to our trip.

The apartments were nice and fit our family of 5 (two rooms). Convenient as is is close by Shinsaibashi subway station and lots of shopping/eating options close by. Wish the outer door to the two rooms also had a code to enter, as did each of the apartments. Also the bathroom smelled a little ‘mildewy,’ even though it was clean. Would have been nice to have staff on-site during ‘business hours’ to answer questions, but there is no staff as is this is a guest house.

浴室の天井のカビやシンクに、コーンや麺が残っていて残念でした 場所は、駅からも近くコンビニに居酒屋などがあり食べることに関しては、問題ありませんでした。近くに明け方まで開いてお店が多いため早朝より大声で話す声が聞こえましたがこれは立地上仕方がないと思います。 全体的には、お安く宿泊費できたので良かったです

GWのハイシーズンでこの価格は非常に有り難い。部屋の広さやベッド数も申し分なかったです。スタッフに会うことがないので多少の不安はあったが、結果的には問題なしでした。 気になった点は２点。洗濯しようとしても常に洗濯機が使用されているため、全く使えるタイミングがなかったこと。繁華街のため、夜は人通りがあり話し声で寝づらく、夜明けは朝帰り時間の5時くらいにテンションの高い人が非常にうるさく起こされたこと。 それを差し引いたとしても良かったです。

離心齋橋不遠，雖然空間不大要打開大行李箱需要移到門口，但設備滿齊全的，加上1樓交誼廳可以吃飯聊天，整體cp值不錯，但要注意沒有電梯，行李重的話需要有壯丁
