The room was clean and the decor had more of an urban feel, which was different than what we have experienced so far; it was nice. The service all around was excellent and this visit felt like a good value.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Located two blocks away from one of the main streets, so the hotel is away from most traffic noise but close enough to be near multiple train lines. Close to Dotombori and Osaka’s main tourist district, about a 15-20 minute walk or closer by subway, and near multiple open-air shopping areas. The staff at the hotel were excellent, and if your Japanese isn’t great, most of the employees speak very good English. The only complain was the mattress is quite firm, so if you have trouble sleeping on a firm mattress, that may be an issue. Overall, an excellent stay in Osaka.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The room was exceptionally spacious, offering plenty of room to move around comfortably and store luggage without feeling cramped. It made a big difference in creating a relaxing environment during my stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority here — the room, bathroom, and common areas were all spotless and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and hygienic, which added a lot to the comfort level. The hotel is also easy to access, conveniently located with clear signage and ample parking (or close to public transport, depending on the actual case). Whether you're driving in or arriving via other means, getting to the hotel is simple and stress-free. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, making the whole process quick and pleasant. It’s always nice when hotel staff make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its spacious rooms, cleanliness, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, hotel was modern and clean. There was no laundry facility on site but there was a laundromat a 2 minute walk from the hotel. And it sounds like a small thing but the free coffee 24/7 was super convenient. Also, there is a 7-Eleven right next door. Loved this hotel, would definitely go back again.

clean room, it’s at the heart of what appears to be Osakas financial district, so not so many tourists. Easy to take a subway to dotonbori and namba free beer between 6 and 7 was amazing

The staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was also excellent, and the room temperature was pleasantly cool. However, the pillowcase was visibly dirty and was not replaced even after the room was cleaned. In addition, during my five-night stay, slippers were not proactively provided.

Lovely central location, rooftop terrace is gorgeous and free beer daily at the ground floor bar with dj’s. Amenities of the hotel are fantastic. Let down by the room design as there is no wardrobe and the beds are too low to fit suitcases under so our room was an absolute disaster zone with stuff everywhere as there is no where to put anything away. Also the bathroom is this weird part of the bedroom rather than being a room in its own right. Bed super comfy and shower nice and powerful. So top marks for everything except the room design
