Location, location. Right at the entrance of Universal studios. Location was great, specially after a long day at the park. Plenty of restaurants around. This hotel gets 3 stars because the internet was down the whole time we were there, they have NO room service, the rooms are not luxurious.

Loved that everything is close by. Train station was 5 mins away from hotel, the park, shopping and dining options were all so convenient. Its so nice to have everything close and not have to lug your bags around from train station to train station. Saves time and energy from walking around.

A bit pricey. Right by the parkl. For Japan the room is spacious. There are other hotels just steps away that are cheaper - had I known how close they were I’d have saved money and gone with those. As it was we walked by the other hotels along the strip of stores and restaurants just outside the park. No cars are allowed on it and it takes you to the metro.

Beautiful hotel sits right in front of Universal Studios. Breakfast buffet fantastic. The rooms are top notch and would have given 5 stars but mattresses we uncomfortable.

The closest hotel to Universal Studios Japan! Our view was magnificient! The food at the buffet was extensive and fantastic. Our room was simple, but clean and there was plenty of room for souveniers from City Walk. We felt safe letting our disabled daughter explore City Walk on her own. Wolfgang Puck's restaurant was just as great as in the USA.

The WiFi doesn’t work almost at all. There’s a paper in the rooms that reads “we are having temporary issues with our WiFi, please forgive the inconvenience”. Only issue, I stayed here in January. It’s been going on at least 6 months. Same paper, same problem. I assumed in January it was poor timing. This time I googled the issue and the hotel. People mentioning it as far back as 2023. Not a temporary issue. Needs to be addressed. One other note, the beds are very hard and uncomfortable given the price of the hotel.

I stayed one night at the Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan with my son, and it couldn’t have been more convenient or comfortable. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the park entrance. After a long day at USJ, being able to walk back to the hotel in under a minute was a huge relief. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with comfy beds and a nice view. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. My son loved the atmosphere and the view of the park. We also had breakfast at the hotel, and it was really good. There was a wide variety of Japanese and Western options, and everything was fresh and tasty. Staff (especially female staff) were friendly, check-in was smooth, and having a convenience store inside the hotel was a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it for families visiting Universal Studios Japan!

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is very close to the entrance to the universal Studios Park. The lobby is very big and decorated nice. The hallways are hot. The rooms are decent, but have not been renovated recently. So they are outdated. The beds are very bad. You could feel the springs in your back when you lay down. The dark decor makes the hotel look old and dirty. The hotel is relatively clean like everything else in Japan.
