Beautiful place, real nice area. Gorgeous hotel. Rooms were very nice. I love the pajamas and amenities provided. We did have to pay for the breakfast buffet which felt a little expensive, but overall great place. I would stay here again.

Hotel is luxurious and located near Hibbachi station. Bathrooms are huge and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is great, and the staff all speak fluent English and very helpful. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Great location in Osaka, but not 5-Star

For a 5-star hotel, this was not quite what I was expecting. No room service, and no restaurant service on Sundays was somewhat disappointing given we were travelling with our four year old child. Beds were incredibly hard & small for a couple, and given the price / class of room, it was a very small room itself. Location was great though, and staff were attentive.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was so clean and comfortable, the walk from the station only took our group about 5-6 minutes and the property was beautiful. This will be my go to hotel every time I visit Osaka from now on.
