We had an amazing stay. Layout of the family room with washer/dryer was great. Location was close to train station. Amenities like free coffee and hot cocoa, luggage storage, and amenity bar were great.

Staff are very friendly and very willing to help in every way they can. The cleaning crew is great too, we get fresh towels and trash bags every day. They do it in such a discreet way without disturbing your stay. Definitely recommend this place!

Room is ok! A little bit small. Washer and dryer washing times were too long; spent 2 1/2 hours to wash and dry. When I took out my clothes; it's not completed dry yet. I had to hang up all my clothes till dry. The reception staff and cleaning staff are very polite.

It’s a very disappointing hotel. While eco-management is important, I cannot understand why a 3-day stay is considered a long-term stay. As a result, there was no change of bedding or room cleaning at all. This hotel uses environmental concerns as an excuse to inconvenience its guests.
