Smelt like an ash tray as soon as we walked in the door. Even the second floor was horrible!!! Staff was awesome, actuall the whole experience, food, pool ecerything was awesome. The smell was terrible!!!

They charge a resort fee to be in the casino after you arrive. They should pay you to come in my opinion. We had an none smoking room but it still smelled of smoke and it looked like it need a face lift.

A Bit Surprised!

We had a great time at your casino. We ate in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival, and in the coffee shop for breakfast. Both were very good! We enjoyed gaming and won a bit of money. We also had some great promotions. We didn't have time to use the pool, but plan to on our next stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was well appointed. We will definitely be back!

Dissatisfied extra charge-Lakeside Hotel Casino

The room was nice except being charged from Hotels.com; the Lakeside Hotel also charged a resort fee and tax $13.90. I think the charge for the room was plenty enough. We were not notified that we would have this charge too. Very dissatisfied.
