It’s a perfect hotel to stay in and near to everything. Very nice staff very helpful specially the blonde curly haired woman sorry forget to ask her name. She always gave us tea evey morning when we asked. The bedroom was cold the hootel needs to upgrade the heater im the room. Heat in the bathroom is better than the bedrroom, not all guest can handle the temperatures specially in winter time. It would be nice if you have kettle in the room because guest can make their own tea and can drink anytime they want. You need more shelves in the room.

Poor amenities, no coffee maker or kettle in rooms to make a quick coffee in the morning, at least offer free coffee in reception for every guest staying at the hotel, I was denied free coffee because I wasn’t a strawberry member. And basic change of towels daily would be appreciated. The location was very good. And I only stayed there for 2 nights.
