Watermark Beach Resort offers 149 accommodations with DVD players and a safe. Rooms open to balconies. Pillowtop beds feature premium bedding. 43-inch LCD televisions come with cable channels and pay-per-view films. This resort is very nice. We felt very safe with the underground parking garage for hotel guests. My kids loved swimming in the pool as well as Lake Osoyoos. The big slide was a plus as well as the two hot tubs. It’s less than ten minutes to the U.S. border if you are going across. The Boston Pizza restaurant on site has great food. The setting next to the lake with the desert and mountains around is very pretty and serene. We enjoyed sitting on our patio at night taking it all in and relaxing.

We had a two bedroom suite. Spacious, clean, full kitchen was great to cook (grocery store walking distance). Friendly staff. Great location on waterfront and in town to wander through shops.

Nice hotel with great amenities. Great for families with children. The only complaint would be controlling and respecting the rules of the facility. For example kids were in the hot tube clearly marked for adults only.

This hotel is for families with small children !!! If you’re looking to travel as couples DO NOT STAY here. Although they have an ‘adults’ hot tub, young parents seem to think it is ok to bring their toddlers into the adult hot tub, even though signs clearly posted. Parking can be challenging as there are limited number of spots. Onsite restaurant very good but couple of kids (with no sensible parents) came to our table screaming like animals. Overall for families great place, but for older travelling adults you have been warned. The babies crying at night and children running up and down hallways may not be for you.

The side of the building we were on was extremely noisy. Bar noise until after 2 a.m. I'm not opposed to people having fun but I was woken up and was nervous about it waking up our 3 year old. Would just ask for a different room next time.

These apartments are well equipped and spacious. Was nice having a proper kitchen plus washer/dryer in the suite. Pools were great and the beach was beautiful. This resort is close to everything Osoyoos has to offer, will definitely stay there again.
