Une très belle vue, ça doit être super agreable en été...taches de café sur le mur arrière de la télé. Je m'en suis aperçu en ramassant quelque chose que j ai échappé. Tapis semblait pas être aspirer. J'éternue quand y a de la poussiere. Difficile de rechauffer la chambre. J'ai du dormir habillé la 2e nuitée. L hotel est très bien situé facile de revenir du centre ville et de sortir vers l'autoroute.

The room was in good condition and clean. My issue was trying to get a coffee in the morning! I didn't want the decaf powdered milk stuff in the room. There's supposed to be free coffee at the front.I was willing to pay for coffee, but neither the restaurant nor the front desk could provide me with any. The girl at the front desk was rude.

Room was always neglected, staff always came up with excuses of why they didn’t clean it. We would ask for stuff and not receive anything. We stayed for ten days. For a best western PLUS it sure didn’t feel like it. The carpets need to be changed. The rooms aren’t the best. Bathrooms are outdated. Elevators too. The building over all is outdated. And the staff were supporting the guests in every possible way. Nobody was ever at the front desk. We would have to call three times just to get someone to answer. Even if we went down it was hard to deal with them. Completely unprofessional.

It was a rather poor hotel. I know it wasn’t supposed to be a 4-star or anything, but it was terrible. The noise kept waking me up when I was trying to sleep, the parking was quite complicated, and there were a lot of people at the reception shouting, etc. Really not great. The sink was clogged as well.
