I really enjoyed the Keona spa and the room was great. It would have been better if there were massages, facials or body treatments available. The hotel and spa are a nice get away from every day affairs. I am looking forward to my next visit. A weekend package would be a nice touch.

This property is very lovely - welcoming and clean and spacious. My only suggestion is to increase your number of disability parking spaces. Two, fairly near the main entrance are hardly enough for the size of this facility. Yes, there are also a few near a lower entrance - perhaps near the spa but not enough near the main entrance.

This is in the full suburb environment but so close to Ottawa downtown. It is convenient for tourists. I wish the hotel could provide swimming pools as a regular hotel/resort service.

A big yes!

It’s the best hotel in Gatineau for us! Large room, clean, quiet. Right beside the spa and some excellent restaurants! Service 5 stars! Not so expansive!

Our final morning was quite noisy, the room beside us sounded like in was under renovations almost all morning starting early in the morning. Other than that though, the stay was great! We went to the spa and we got massages which was so wonderful! Food was tasty and overall exploring the hotel was a great experience
