A was a great experience especially when they upgraded our room to a king suite as an adjustment. Clean , quiet and very comfortable. I reported 2 problems upon checking out : Bathroom door sticking NO anti slip in the bathtub. Extremely dangerous! Especially for a senior The front desk clerk took the information and said it would be taken care of

The beds were very comfy but we had no hot water the first night and were not given another room nor offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Staff was stressed as there were several rooms affected but he was very rude when asked any questions regarding the issue and never called to let us know when the hot water would be back on

My husband was not pleased to learn after we checked in that TV was not working. No mention of that fact before check in. Granted, there had been a power outage the previous day that affected cable tv, but it would have been nice to be informed of outage.

Got there and hotel's wifi was down and front desk worker was clearly frustrated about it. Went to our room and there was no hot water. Got moved to a different room and the rest of the weekend was fine.

The shower floor felt like we could fall through it, the tiles were loose upon entrance, the beds were not so comfortable nor the pillows. I found a long strand of hair in the sheets. The couch was not clean. It was a very average room, and thankfully we just needed to rest and checked out immediately after.

This hotel is pretty beat up. Carpet is stained through the room and hallways. Bathroom tiles are broken and loose. Entry area for check in is extremely dated and unwelcoming. The beds were rock hard. No USB outlets in the room, not a huge issue, but speaks to the updating needed here. No plans to stop here again.

We loved the location and the full breakfast. Our room upon checkin was nice and clean and the staff very helpfull. Our only compaint was we found a bug crawling on the bathroom floor. I had gone down to the front dek to let them know and asked if they could have someone come in and clean it while we were out. I was told yes, asked if i wanted to change rooms, and pointed out that we did have a corner room by the exit door. We just wanted it cleaned up... That never happened. Housekeeping replaced the towels and soap butthat was it, the dead bug was still on the bathroom floor

Our room for the second bed was stained max kot enough towels. The pool area was dirty and too many people in the evening and closed earlier. The next morning the pool was closed all day when we were there. We checked out and too far from home to go anywhere else. It was not very comfortable. The hallway was super loud and doors banging.

This was a nice place. It isn’t brand new, but it isn’t shabby, and it’s very clean. The staff were all pleasant. Only issue we had was that our room key cards kept getting demagnetized, so we’d have to have the front desk remake them pretty much every day. It only took ten seconds to do so.
