Had a fantastic stay, the staff was warm and friendly. The only thing, in room 318, the shower seems to be connected backwards? If you want hot water, the handle needs to be at the C, if you want cold water needs to be at the H. Mildly annoying late and wanting a shower, but I figured it out. All good!

When we arrived we noticed an odour in the lobby. Checked in and went to our room. The odour was horrific to the point we were physically sick. Once we started looking around the room we noticed how dirty it was. We booked a jacuzzi tub room and when we looked in the tub it was stained and not something we felt comfortable having a tub in. We started checking the room with a flashlight and seen the uncleanliness around the room. Within half hour we decided to find somewhere else to go. Kids were screaming and running everywhere with no shoes and socks on, no parents in sight. We went to the front desk to talk to them, they were less than helpful and refused to refund us as it’s their ‘policy’ and it was booked through third party. They did offer another room but by that time I was so nauseous from the odour I was not staying there. We ended up walking out and going to a different hotel. Check other reviews, they are not good. All the complaints line up with what we experienced and we weren’t there long.
