What I liked best about this property was ‘leaving it’! It now dubs as a homeless shelter and immigrant housing for all of Trudeau’s new friends that he imported without having any plan or housing available! So we, the tax payer, can pay for it all. But no break on this hotel price; they had zero amenities (for the hotel guests at least), a broken elevator (great when you are on the 5th floor), and still paid full price (more than you can believe). I also enjoyed the screaming children running around whose parents let have free for alls! No microwave, no ice machine, absolutely ‘reeking’ stairwells (that we got to take because of the broken elevator). I hope you enjoy the new Canada, brought to you by the ‘Liberal Party’!

The hotel advertised on other sites pool and free breakfast. Neither there. They used to have a breakfast which is why we also booked. I have stayed here many times and this time it was very different. Noisy hallways. Lots of young people that appear to be living here full time based on signs that said any problems and we will contact your case worker Was also told that the hotel is housing Somalian refugees and there were a lot of them in the hotel Until changes are made we will not stay again We paid $189.00 for the night and did not get a good nights sleep. Our family stayed in another room and had the same experience. Their fridge froze and she lost all the fresh vegetables she brought to bring to a family reunion the next day and had to go out and rebut everything. They cancelled to stay the next night and had already had had a room change due to the smell on their room Days Inn Wyndham- you can do better than this!

We stayed one night at the Days Inn recently and were surprised to find that part of the hotel is being used to house individuals seeking stability. While we fully support providing safe spaces for those in need, this was not mentioned in the reviews or booking details and may be relevant for guests to know. Additionally, one of two elevator was out of service, which made the stay inconvenient—especially considering the premium price we paid. Overall, we felt the experience didn’t quite match the expectations set online.

Do not recommend staying here

The elevator didn’t work the stairwell was extremely smelly. When the elevator did work it always took you to the 6th floor no matter what you pushed and then just stuck there. There where kids and bikes all over the hall ways and garbage every where. It felt like more like I was in an apartment building for low income then a hotel. The front desk was very decieving as it looked very immaculate. I have stayed at Days Inn before but this was the worst I ever experienced

The room was clean and met out needs. The hallway however needs the carpet cleaned. There was an overwhelming smell of cigarette or cigar. The carpet needs to be steam cleaned or replaced. Also breakfast no longer offered.

I DO NOT recommend. We’ll never stay here again.

Immediately upon arrival at the hotel, I was told the charging station for my car was apparently not working. I was given my room key, headed to the elevators to which I found out. Only one elevator was working once you were finally able to get on that elevator you better. Hope you have a short trip as there is no air conditioning piped into it and it is stifling hot. You should also know the hallways felt close to the same. There was no working vent fan in the bathroom the room was at least clean. Bed was comfortable, however room and furniture werequite outdated. advertise that there was breakfast available which there was not also come to find out it is a full-time home for Refugees to which they allowed their children to run amuck throughout the hotel continuously at all hours of the day and night. The elevators were continuously running slowly because the kids kept playing on them and running up and down the halls. Not to mention all the kids in the parking lot Riding their bikes playing with basketballs some of which I witnessed bouncing off people’s cars. 10 and 11-year-olds out playing in the parking lot at 10-10:30 at night with no adults in sight. The only ice machine was on the sixth floor and the only microwave was on the first floor. Luggage carts are ancient and barely had enough room for a suitcase. No luggage rack in the rooms. Toilet plugged the very first night I was there. Water pressure was horrible. I will never book at the days Inn on Wyndham again.

We checked in and the staff member did not even speak to me they spent time conversing with someone else in the lobby. Kids running barefoot everywhere. Strollers crowding the hallway right off the elevators. Do not stay here as pretty sure many use this as housing and is not pleasant atmosphere
