Pros: it's clean. Staff are friendly. The location is amazing. You have walking access to almost everything you want to see in Ottawa. Beds are comfy. Cons: check in was not smooth for us. also we reserved for 4 individuals in a 2 double bed room, but the service (water, cups, etc.) was set for 2 people. location is a little bit noisy (from streets and cars), which is expected as it's located in Downtown. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The pillows were awful- like socks in a pillow case, nothing but balls of cotton. I woke up the first morning with an extremely stiff neck. Bed was very hard. No hair conditioner in the shower and didnt realize until I was already in the shower. Hotel was clean, room was clean but a bit small. Bathroom was tiny.
