Beds need to be upgraded - old coil spring mattresses that hurt the back. Also toilet would barely flush. Rooms are cleaned every second day but when they came it was after 4pm and I was getting ready so not convenient and told them not to bother. Rooms are nice and large and so is the bathroom and everything was very clean.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful - check-in was a breeze. Request to have both rooms on the first floor due to bicycles was easy and our rooms were clean and amazing! Best hotel during our 6 day cycle trip. Would highly recommend!!!

Great location if taking the train. Not far walk from via train station or O train station. Friendly staff, clean, quiet, good breakfast. Only downside is the beds. They are past their lifespan and need replacing.

Amazing room! It was the best hotel room on our trip! It was so big it felt like a resort, huge 65 inch TV that even welcomed us in 😀 excellent room! Breakfast was good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed things and took care of them quickly. The hotel underground parking never filled up too much for us to be able to park even with the Canadian Nationals in the area. Will likely stay here again next year.

The breakfast is good. The beds felt like 2 doubles felt small. Got a room that they said sleeps 5 but in my opinion sleeps 4 because we only had 2 bed of double no pull out couch. But overall we like the hotel

Great place, heat stay

The check in was quick. Room was great lots of room. Suggest room not be set at 18.5 to save energy costs. Also, no recycle bins. These are minor points. We will definitely stay there again.
