I knew the hotel was under renovation. We were woken by a flood in our bathroom at 2:30 a.m. that turned out to be due to the water heater issue 7 floors above us. We were given another room and free breakfast. Given the scope of the issue which we didn't find out until the next morning, they handled it well.
