Hotel is under renovations. Limited parking for pickup trucks (only 4 spots). Was offered complimentary dessert but had to remind the concierge desk several times to have it delivered. Staff were very helpful and friendly!

I would suggest getting rid of Keurig coffee/tea makers and replace with something that doesn’t use plastic non- recyclable containers. Also more tea options (non-caffeinated) would be nice.

Staff was very courteous. Currently under renovations... so expect a little noise. Windows were a little dated and heard noise from the streets. Plumbing works but can hear the flusing from other rooms above... rather loud. Bathrooms are nice, love the marble floors and showers. Great location for restaurants down the street (great Peruvian place 4 minutes walk called Raphaels)

The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet hotel even though you are right in the center of Ottawa. It's a great location to be able to walk around enjoying the sites and great restaurants. Our hotel did have breakfast but it wasn't included in the room rental. It was good for a buffet style but nothing you can't get at a holiday inn express or similar hotel serving buffet style breakfast. All in all the hotel stay was a good experience.

The jacuzzi was dirty in the middle of operating hours. We could not use it since they start maintenance right after we arrive at the pool area. It does not make sense that there was no one around for hours using the jacuzzi and just when we arrive they need to start cleaning it.
