Great service, no truck parking

Only thing that wasn’t great was I had a hornets nest starting on the balcony and needed to contact the front office when I left for the day to remove it. They may have sprayed it but it was still there when I returned to my room. Also their parking doesn’t allow for trucks and that information was not communicated to me.

Just ok

Check in was great, parking instructions were unclear on email. Room was so hot when we arrived it was gross, took so much time for the room to cool down, room needs updating! We booked this room for the view, it was extremely disappointing that the windows and sliding doors were so dirty, like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or longer. Bed was comfortable.

Great location. Carpeting is dated but room was very clean and had all the amenities needed. Valet workers were great although parking was horrendous. Front desk staff was extremely rude. Girl that checked us in didn’t give any information about hotel where the pool was located etc and seemed like we were bothering her when trying to check in.

Parking was supposed to be in and out paid up until we left. We never used the car. Just walked. When it came time to leave and we tried to leave the parking lot it said ticket was expired. We had to call for help to get out of the parking lot. With a line of cars behind us waiting to get out. It was the front desk person's job to make sure we had the correct parking ticket. The water in the room could not get cold. We did have a fridge and a glass carafe so we filled it with water and put it in the fridge to get cold water. It was hot out when we were there.
