The Quality Inn Orleans was conveniently located near the Richcraft Sensplex for our tournament and has both a pool and hot tub for relaxation when hockey is done. The room was nice although the bathroom showed some wear and tear.

Mold around tub, toilet paper holder had been torn off the wall, toilet would not flush, room was not serviced, most of the equipment in exercise room was broken. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok.

Title: Very disappointing stay despite convenient location I chose this hotel because it was the closest to the competition venue, even though the reviews weren’t great. I paid $530 for two nights, but the stay was truly disappointing. The furniture was old and worn out, and the entire hotel looked outdated. The carpet seemed very old as well. The worst part was the bathroom. There was mold around most of the bathtub edges, and the towels were in terrible condition — some were torn or even had holes. Breakfast was also disappointing. There were only about five small round tables, and there were no vegetables or fruits at all. The swimming pool area was dirty, and the hot tub was so filthy that I didn’t even want to get in. Everything about this stay was disappointing.

Great location for an appointment I was heading to. Check in great, very pleasant staff members. Lovely updated bathroom, comfy beds and nice linens, good black out curtains, an important aspect for me. I didn’t take breakfast but my roommate did and said it was good, she got there just before it closed at 9:00 am.
