The room was not that clean. Bathroom had sand dust on the toilet paper holder, there was mold that was painted over in the shower, window was able to open but the handle was broken off so anyone could open the window from outside. The tub had a big crack in it in a couple of places. Ac stopped working our second night. Toilet was so low to the floor you felt like you were sitting on the floor. The bed was very hard to sleep in. The breakfast had very little selections. Just over all unhappy. Would like a refund of some kind. When I booked the hotel the picture showed a recliner but they have no recliners and was told to talk to Expedia about that.
We got to the Hotel late about 10:00 pm. Took a shower ready to get out and there were no towels. My husband called down to the desk no answer phone rang a while and no answer. He had to go down from the second floor to get towels. The shower controls had mildew under the plastic. The telephone was dirty and things looked like something split and dried. Disgusting. The beds were clean and comfortable. Would not stay there again. They gave a house cleaning problem.
This is a typical budget hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's a 2-story hotel and there's no elevator. The sink in the room drained VERY slowly. But the TV channel selection was good, as was the LED lighting in the room. The air conditioning was accurate and quiet. We'll stay here again.
Went to check and tried to swipe my card without telling me. I asked why he was swiping my card and he said there was $100 fee in case of smoking or peta. Got to our room and it smelled awful. Had the 2 queen beds and they were dirty with stains and whatever else. Sheets and pillow cases didn't look clean. The mini shampoo and conditioner bottles were used. Tub had dirt in it.
