Had a great stay. The staff was very accommodating. No daily housekeeping. Wish they offered it for extended stays. Stayed during the Stanley Cup playoffs, had a very hard time getting Sportsnet. They had Roku (streaming service) which we found very difficult to operate. The property was close to Parliament Hill, Byward Market and museums.

The hotel’s location was extremely central, easy walking distance to all of the attractions on Wellington and Elgin Streets (houses of Parliament, Supreme Court, National Arts Centre, etc.). The room was clean and beautiful and had a full kitchen, which saved us some money on meals. The parking was directly below the hotel and the elevators came very quickly. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Ottawa!
