Brilliant for a few days in Ottawa. So central but quiet and relaxed. We lived the kitchen and facilities like laundry. Camt recommend highly enough and i would definitely stay here again!!

Have stayed here before and property was fine. This time, the room smelled moldy and the bathroom smelt like a sewer. Windows do not open so there was no way to let in fresh air. No people onsite to resolve.

The room was not clean when I checked in. The bed was not made. It looked like someone just woke up from there and left. The hotel mistakenly charged me again even though I fully paid via Expedia. It then took me another 1.5 hrs to rectify the situation to get the refund of the duplicated charge. I will not return to this hotel.
