Property was very prompt in responding to questions prior to check-in and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Team member on Monday night provided a couple of excellent restaurant recommendations and shared a list of other restaurants in the area. The storage lockers for luggage that remain accessible after checkout were a great bonus since I had meetings all day amd my train didn't keave until 6 so this saved me lugging my suitcase to meetings. This was my 4th stay at a Sonder and definitely my favourite so far.

The Sondor Arlo was very clean and we loved the little kitchen. The area was perfect for us as it was easy to walk to the sights. Restaurants were an easy walk. Initially I was a bit frustrated with the verification process, but the chat feature quickly helped me. The free luggage storage made our late flight easy. Would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. The only people I wouldn’t recommend it to would be older people who aren’t techy as the online sign in process would have frustrated someone like my 82 year old dad. otherwise it was great.

This was my first time staying at a Sonder property, and I’ll surely be booking again in the future. It was conveniently located for my purposes in Ottawa, and the check-in and code system were easy and fast. I really liked my room and there were plenty of towels, and nice products in the shower. My only complaint is that the noise of housekeeping started well before check-out time and so my dreams of sleeping in on a Sunday morning were not in the cards.
