Beautiful hotel! The British Hotel is my favourite place to visit in Ottawa/Gatineau! Beautiful architecture, 5 star hospitality and the place was sparkling clean! Easy check in and out (self check in) and a Resturant, cafe, and dog spa in the building! We will be back

Loud

Mirrors and windiws were dirty. Basically turns into a nightclub downstairs in the pub and the music is at full volume. Doesnt shut down until 3am and it felt like a bass drum was in the same room as me. Obnoxiously loud music and yelling all night.

Nous avons bien aimé notre experience. Les instructions pour acceder a la chambre etaient bien appreciés. Un seul point moins agreable, le WiFI ne fonctionnait pas toujours bien.
