I loved my stay here. I've been traveling for work and leisure and have stayed in many different hotels over the years, so I know that this place is very well situated and comfortable. Ottawa is now a place with people on the streets everywhere and drugs but this location is a quiet getaway from all of that. Downtown is not where you want to be. This is tucked away but close to everything you need, like food and shopping. Transportation and quiet area. It's right next to the highway, buses, Lonestar restaurant and more. the mall is a walk away with everything you need and grocery stores all around. The only thing my room was missing was a kitchen. But they have complimentary breakfast in the morning which is basic and has everything you need to start your day off right. The customer service is fantastic, the maid service is great and the hallways are clean and safe. I will recommend this to everyone. The only other thing missing is a pool, hotub and gym. But it does have a laundry room.

Would rate it higher if it wasn’t for the case that the hotel did not have a crib for baby. I had asked for a crib when booking the room online, no one called me to say they did not have any cribs at the hotel. So once arrived, I had nowhere for my baby to sleep, and the receptionist didn’t apologize or care. Had to go out and buy one at Walmart. Would have appreciated if they had called in advance so I could properly plan around that. Other than that, the hotel was nice and clean.

I had issues with the staff letting someone highly intoxicated into my room making it very UNSAFE for myself causing me to leave after me notifying the front desk to NOT allow ANYONE into my room this caused me to have to leave for my safety and lose my total booking and all my money. VERY BAD experience.

This is our 3rd time staying this year. Never had much to complain about besides the lack of facecloths. I always have to ask for more as housekeeping only leaves one. This time things were very different. Toilet seat was so loose I almost fell off. I had to call for someone to fix it. That took a few hours. Other stays the bathroom has a tub. This time it had a shower, which is fine. Problem is that it only has 3/4 glass so water goes everywhere. No hair dryer first night. I asked for one but they didn’t have one. Got one the 2nd day. There were no fitted bed sheets on the bed. Just flat sheets that weren’t big enough to cover the mattress. I had to ask for bigger sheets and I had to remake the beds. We stayed 2 nights and our water bottles were not replaced the next day. Definitely not the same as the other stays. Very disappointed.
