Excellent sleep

I would have given a 5 star but the last day of my stay multiple times the room was vibrating. We actually thought it was an earthquake until we confirmed it wasn’t. The staff were informed and were going to look into it. Overall I would come back it was really clean and comfortable!

Had to book this hotel on short notice when another reservation was cancelled and Expedia failed to convey the message from the hotel. Friendly service, easy check in and check-out, clean room, free parking. No frills. The area is fine.. nowhere near downtown.. but there’s an outlet mall close by, Lots of chain restaurants and easy highway access. The breakfast was pretty lackluster, but it’s free. The pool was ok. The hot tub was out of service. Perfectly fine if you just need a decently priced bed to sleep in!

Hot tub is still closed. It didn’t specify this on the Hotels booking site when we booked, we only found out a day before in an email from the hotel. Was pretty disappointed as it was too late to cancel and book elsewhere where they have a working hot tub.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. The pool was nice too. There’s an outlet just in front of the hotel for those like shopping. The breakfast is very simple with limited options, which can improve. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
