Wall is very thin and we could here all neighbors talking or watching tv so until everyone sleeps near by, hard to sleep. Room is ok since i was there just to sleep but not quiet until bit late. There was breakfast for free. No scramble egg or bacon kind of breakfast but simple stuff like bagle, yogurt, cereals etc. I had to leave early so it was nice to grab coffee and bagel to go.

The room and lobby were clean. A bit odd that the hottub wasn’t working as online reviews make it sound like this has been an issue for some time. Definitely some signs of wear/tear on the ceilings/showers of the hotel. It has the potential to be a pretty nice hotel if some of these things are upgraded or maintained. It was pretty good otherwise. Only complaint about the service is that no one was at the front desk when I went to check out but I get that they must have been busy. Good stay overall.

It was nice. Definitely close to lots of fast food restaurants. Breakfast was the same everyday, no bacon or sausage. No options for different teas. Pool and hot tub need to be cleaned more often. Shower floor creaked and definitely felt like I was going to fall through. Noise cancelling panels need to be installed everywhere, you can hear everything especially at night. Breakfast area definitely needs to be dusted and cleaned more often, not appetizing to see spiderwebs with dust bunnies on the wall across from your table when eating breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if going to visit Kingston again.

We needed to change room as the original room smelled of cat urine. The 2nd room also smelled the same but not as bad. The odour may be from the carpet or the AC unit. Either way, the odour made for a less than pleasant experience

When we checked in the lady who helped us was great. When explored the place, were happy to see EV charging stations, our room had a fireplace, there was a pool, gym and hot tub. A bar at the front desk and continental breakfast in the morning. Check for having everything... however the fireplace didn't work and they couldn't move us to a room with a working fireplace (said our room was the only one with a fireplace). The pool was cold and the hot tub was luke warm. The gym required front desk to open rather than room keys. The night person made late checkout very inconvinient. We noted a disability and reluctantly extended our checkout without charge. The property has everything it needs to be excellent including a decent amount of shops in the area and close to downtown Kingston, however they need to improve service and maintenance.

Location was great , close to everything we needed . Only downfall with the room was the bathroom Was very small and placement of in shower soap bar rack was not thought out as you hit your elbow on it when showering and there was hardly any room when going to the bathroom (toilet) If your 100 Lbs it would be fine, but not to many people are of that weight in the real world LOL The bed was comfortable and they supplied us with the extra pillows we requested , room was clean and ease of check in and check out was good .
