We very much enjoyed our stay while watching the Men’s UCUP national championship in Ottawa over the weekend. We were close to everything with 10 min drive or less. The staff were fantastic and the rooms were very clean.

The staff was very nice, breakfast was great, room costs totally reasonable, clean and updated room Only complaint was walls are thin. Could hear everything in the room next to us. Plus we qere near stairs and elevator and could hear a lot of noise from people using it. Next time I will just brjng ear plugs, otherwise everything else was good. Wiukd stay again and just request different room location.

Very good service.

Everything was great except the bathroom fan. It was very noisy and a little bit annoyed. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Nice and comfortable matters.

Comfortable Stay but Noisy and Poor Soundproofing

Comfortable and spacious room, well-furnished. However, it is not well soundproofed. Our room was near the elevator, and we could hear the doors opening and closing, as well as all the conversations in the hallway. There was also a large gap under the door that let in a lot of light. Additionally, despite staying on a weekday, there was loud music with a strong bass playing until the early hours of the morning. The breakfast offered a bit of everything, though it wasn’t particularly good—just okay. There were hot and cold options for all tastes, including eggs, sausages, breakfast potatoes, fruit, waffles, cereal, and various types of bread. The hotel has plenty of outdoor parking and is in a good location.
