Booked this inn because I thought it would be a little more upscale. I didn’t realize these places have individual owners. Decor was lacking. Nothing special about this place except the view. Pillows needed replacing. They were all flat. Heater in bathroom not working properly. Would not stay here again for the price.

We were really excited to go for our anniversary. The room has a beautiful ocean view but it was dirty. The big blue chair was stained and dirty too. Bed was clean and comfy. Restaurant was closed too. The grounds and beach are beautiful and clean. You have to do a lot of walking.

The hotel sits on a hill which allows good views of the ocean. The setting was filled with trees, flowers and beautifully showed off the Oregon coast. The people transporting us to our room and back to the front desk were nice particularly Juan. The only disappointment was some of the front desk staff who were short and seemed to be bothered whenever we asked a question. Overall we would stay there again.

Love the property and layout! Staff was consistently kind and helpful. We loved the walkable area to nature and ease of parking; plus it’s an easy drive into Depoe Bay or Newport. The units themselves are not very quiet given their age so glad I packed ear plugs. Each unit is different so a few are more updated than others. We stayed in D156 then L268 and the second spot was more updated. D156 didn’t have darkening curtains making it hard to sleep after sunrise for some of us. The pool could have been cleaner with lots of people in- it seems like the filter needed to be upgraded to support. The “adults only” spa rules are not enforced with plenty of kids (without adults around) hoping in. So take that with a grain of salt. Overall, would definitely come back.
