"As in case of previous stays, the hotel was immaculate. The only thing that I did not like is that at the reception, they offered me a "much nicer room" than the one booked, at a surcharge of 150 SFr. The room was very dark, and at the end I paid EUR 750 (breakfast not included( for spending a few hours in a black hole. I strongly recommend to check the room first if they make you such an "advantageous offer", or to flatly reject it if it is room no. 170."
