We loved the location and the back deck with the river right there was great. The place although dated, was comfortable and had everything we needed. We did struggle with the keyless entry, we had to try 2-3 times to get the door to open and when we left it didn't always lock when just shutting the door. Additionally while there we went to do laundry and the washer would not drain. We called the rental company, but no maintenance person ever came. Overall we where happy with this property.

Location location! 2 minute walk to the hot springs and small nice green space for family gatherings. The unit was very clean and organized. The view off back makes for great photo ops. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

But property needs upgrades. Mgmt co very helpful, sent mai ntenance out to deal with a couple of issues. Be aware there is no access to garage. Deck wonderful.

Hot Springs Getaway

We stayed here for my daughters birthday so we could go to the Hot Springs. It's extremely close and was plenty big for the 5 of us. There are a lot of stairs so beware of that, but otherwise it's the perfect little getaway place for a trip to Ouray if you're focusing on the Hot Sptings.

Quiet, convenient tri-level

The layout is garage, and washer and dryer on the main level, Kitchen living room and half bath with a balcony on the 2nd level, two bedrooms side by side with a full bathroom on the upper level. Is the shower and toilet are separated by the Dual sinks. I felt this stay was better in person than it was in the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a one minute walk to the pool. There is a walking trail immediately behind the townhouse that's a two mile loop. We walked into town to the shops and restaurants on multiple occasions. The kitchen is very very well stocked. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, tin foil, spices, coffee, toaster, air fryer, you name it. Really nice hearing the water from the master bedroom and living room. It is right off the highway but you don't hear it due to the river. It was quiet and private.

Our family of 4 had a great stay the week of the 4th of July! Perfect location. We walked to pools, park, downtown, etc. And the sound of the River was amazing! We would definitely come back.

Location Ouray next to Hot Springs!

We were on an anniversary trip (postponed since 2020) with our Jeep! The large garage allows us to pull in our Jeep for the night. You dont need to put your windows back in or take off any expensive gear on the Jeep. Very handy!!The creek behind the place is very nice to listen to. Walking distance to Hot Springs/pool area. Loved the Roku TV’s. The management company and app where you get all of your information from was very helpful and easy to use. Management customer service was outstanding!

Great location, comfortable and very well appointed

It was cozy, very convenient to town and especially the hot springs and hiking. The kitchen had just about everything you could ever need! Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay in this place again. Thank you!

Ouray wedding visit

Our buddy invited up to his 10/1 wedding in July. I immediately got online to search for accommodations. We like to stay in a place that allows us to cook meals. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped--even had a bread maker that I would've used if we had an extended stay. The location was ideal. There's a walking path right next door, along the river that goes for a mile. There's also the Perimeter Hike that's a block away. The stream is right under the deck and we loved sitting out and listening to the water. From the master bedroom you could hear it as well. We would stay there again if dates worked out. Only thing I didn't find was steak knives, possible I didn't hunt enough? Thanks!

Spectacular Stay

This place had everything our family needed and more. The location was perfect. We had prime access to the Ouray Springs pools, Umcompahgre river walk and more. In the mornings, we had breakfast on the rear patio over looking the river. In the evening time, we placed the telescope on the patio to stargaze. Highly recommend and would stay again.

River Condominium

This is a nice but older condominium. It is in a very nice location to walk to the pool or to town. We enjoyed being on the river. There are a few things that need to be addressed by the owners or management service.

Beautiful views, comfortable space

We stayed for 5 days in this property and loved it. It was clean and so well equipped that we cooked most meals there. The views are stunning and it is a short walk from restaurants, waterfalls, and across a parking lot from the hot springs park. The 3 story layout worked well for us and allowed family members room to spread out, but the stairs could be challenging for some. Also appreciated having access to the garage since it rained quite a bit during our stay.

Great location, property needs updating

Great location, property needs updating. The location to everything in town was great and it is nice that it’s right along the river. Unfortunately, neither the microwave nor the oven worked. That made it a little challenging to cook anything in the unit. Secondly, there was no kindling for the woodstove or any fire starter
 Just a bucket of logs. If the unit is not going to be renovated anytime soon, at least replace the oven, which looks like it’s from about 1981. overall, the unit was clean and sufficient for our needs.

The location is perfect, we walked to the Hot springs. The river is right off the patio had all the necessities. I forgot my keyless code when I walked back from pool and called and someone answered right away.

Mostly as described. The kitchen if important has only 2 burners on the stove that work and the microwave turns on but will not heat on any setting, made cooking difficult so if you want this for a kitchen as we did know up front. Great area for hiking and outdoors adventures. Hot springs are so close and great.
