Great property and responsive host. We found out on the last night that the washing machine wasn’t working. I’m certain they fixed it the next day after we checked out. Easy location backed off from Main St. far enough that there is no road noise from folks rolling through town.

Great location! Great place to stay!

My family of 5 (kids aged 14, 19, 19) stayed in this condo and it was perfect for our vacation in Ouray. Location was amazing as it was a block from Main Street with adequate parking. The condo was spacious and clean. It was well equipped and had everything we needed to make meals and make us feel comfortable. I would definitely stay again if we return to Ouray.

Loved this place!! Spacious, comfortable, beautiful decor, fantastic equipped kitchen to cook in! First time to Ouray - loved the town and loved this vrbo. Would love to return. No complaints. we didn’t need to communicate much with host, but everything was communicated to us leaving no questions. They were prompt to communicate answering question prior to booking.

Great spot

I was almost he an inter-writer review because I’d rather just tell friends and family about how awesome the spot is so that we could get it whenever we wanted. The unit was amongst the nicest we’ve ever stayed in in vacation rentals it aligned to the description had a great location in an awesome town. Everything was comfortable and the management was personable. We are definitely looking for a way to go back and would recommend a friends.

When we arrived it was hard to find the front door and figure out where exactly our rental was. The front of the building did not look like any of the pictures on VRBO. We parked and I started looking around the property. I don’t remember seeing in any emails that advised to go to the address and look for apartment one or two, but I did see numbered doors. I walked around the sides and back until I saw an area that I recognized from the pictures. I noticed the porch where the grill was which was on the second level. The door was not numbered but I attempted to open the door. The door was unlocked. I opened the and then I realized I was in the correct place by the pictures. I looked all around and walked downstairs and noticed the keypad on door one. The key code given worked on this door so I knew I was in the right place. The inside of the apartment looked great and looked exactly like the pictures. However, the outside looked horrible. It was a little uneasy feeling when the only car parked out front was an old Audi car with a busted window and a trash bag that used to cover the hole. The car was very beat up and it looked like it hasn’t been driven in months. The folks that lived to the left of the building, which appeared to be attached to our rental, was horrible. There was tons of trash, a boat, bicycles and just stuff thrown everywhere. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned up in years. ***more to come, not enough characters allowed

Excellent place for ski vacation

House was very clean, and sufficiently stocked. Plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Kitchen is high end! 1.5 block walk to bars and restaurants.

This is a very comfortable and welcoming home.

I loved how clean everything was. The home is in a good location close to shops and restaurants. I had a well stocked kitchen ( better than most)with good pans ,knives etc. The bedroom s were spacious and nicely decorated. The great room was huge with wonderful views.

Amazing Views

We stayed with our family of 4 and were extremely comfortable. Kitchen is VERY well stocked and very high-end. Outdoor gas grill worked extremely well. The views from many windows are awesome, and we spent a great deal of time on the deck taking in the mountains. There is a grocery and liquor store within 3 mins walk. The house is right in the middle of town. There are amazing hikes right out of town, and literally 20 more within 10 minute drive. We had a great stay.

Really nice property. Not a worn out ski condo like we stayed in Breckenridge the previous week. Major renovations have been done to this property, it is a really beautiful condo. Super convenient location - walk everywhere. 100% satisfied, would highly recommend to anyone. Since I don't see anywhere else to pass this along to the owner - the dishwasher is not secured into the space where it is located. It is just 'sitting there'. This posed zero issues for us, I just wanted to mention it. When the top drawer is full of dishes for example, and is extended out, the dishwasher wants to fall forward, but it restrained by the top of the enclosure the dishwasher is sitting in. The dishwasher itself needs to be secured to the enclosure with mounting screws or such. Again, absolutely no issue for us, I just want to pass it along to the owners. Really nice spot, I will miss it.

Great Place in Town

We stayed for an annual meet up with our friends. The hike is warm and welcoming. Has all the necessities for preparing food at home and is a short wall to all the restaurants. We’d select this property again.

Great Winter Retreat
