This home is a MTR (mid-term rental) focused on month-long and month to month reservations. There may also be some opportunities for shorter stays, please inquire.

Welcome to our cabin themed 2-bedroom Arizona condo — a comfortable, well-located retreat perfect productive midterm (monthly) stay. Sometimes available for shorter stays. Enjoy a clean, thoughtfully set up space with easy access to local dining and nearby attractions, plus the little touches that help you feel right at home from the moment you arrive

The 2-bedroom condo is decorated beautifully by a local wood artist creating a beautiful log cabin feel, From the hand-made Novak dining table to the Mr. Bunkbed twin over queen bed that was made in our home. Bright, modern two-bedroom condo with everything you need for a comfortable Arizona getaway or work trip. Sleep soundly on the log-frame queen bed, cook meals in the stocked kitchen, and refresh in one of the clean, spa-like bathrooms with a shower or soak in the second bathroom tub (fresh towels provided). Stay productive with fast Smartlink Wi-Fi, then unwind in the living area with a Smart TV. Step onto the large private balcony to sip morning coffee and end the day under Arizona’s starry skies.

 ∘ Failure to provide accurate guest counts or pet information will result in rate adjustments.

 ∘ Additional adults: $10 per person, per night.
 ∘ Additional children: $5 per person, per night.
 ∘ Additional guest fees are standard practice in the short-term rental industry and help offset increased utility usage, property wear and tear, and ongoing maintenance.

 ∘ Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, both indoors and outdoors.
 ∘ Noise complaints or a police response may result in immediate eviction without refund.

 ∘ All house policies are aligned with Airbnb and VRBO platform policies.
 ∘ Any policy violation will be handled through the applicable Online Travel Agency (OTA) resolution process.
 ∘ Guests are subject to both the booking platform's Terms of Service and the host's house rules.
➢ Pricing Information
 ∘ Approximately 15% of the advertised nightly rate is retained by Airbnb, VRBO, or other booking platforms as their service fee.
 ∘ The host receives the advertised rate minus this commission.

 ∘ There are exterior cameras at Wild Women Saloon, but we do not have access to them.
