Clean place, great kitchenette but shower water went cold after 10 minutes, and smoke alarm went off when turning heat on. Staff were friendly but there were billing issues, over charges and duplicate charges every day of our 4 days. Had to wait around each day on our vacation until after noon when the Assistant Manager came in.

I was traveling with a group of people for business. We got an email that we could check in early for an extra $30. When we arrived, the front desk clerk was not friendly. I asked about the early check in, and she acted like I was insane to think that was a possibility. I told her we were attending a conference, and she didn't offer to hold our bags or anything. When we got back from the conference, we found that our party had been split into two separate buildings. When I asked about that, they claimed it was due to an upgrade- but they hadn't asked if that was okay before they set us up like that. The hotel room was not clean. It smelled terrible- like animals. The sofa reeked of cats. It was full of cat hair. The entire suite smelled like animals and body odor. Gross! The bed was as hard as a rock- but that's pretty standard for hotels I guess.

Very clean facility. Furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but that was okay. Beds were a bit small, but do-able. Great location and best of all, the price was excellent! We had a three bedroom suite and was able to all be under one roof. So much better than hotel rooms and much cheaper. We definitely will stay here again!

Early Check In Charge

We were charged an early check in fee because we were 90 minutes early and asked to get our room because we were headed to the Nebraska Cincinnati football game. The room was ready and sitting empty but the front desk attendant insisted on the charge. Very poor business and nothing but a money making ploy when the room was ready and we were a bit early and hoped to keep our day moving without paying a charge. I won’t stay there again.

The coffee selection is very good. Normally i never drink water out of a faucet but i tried it once here and WOW even the water tastes good here
