"Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen, die Junior Suite war hübsch ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, das Bad sehr schön. Leider gab es auf beiden Balkonen keine Stühle, und auch in der gesamten Suite nur einen. Auf Anfrage wurde uns ein zweiter gebracht, den wir dann auch für den Balkon genutzt haben. 2 einfache Plastikstühle, die auch mal Regen standhalten, wären völlig ausreichend, so dass man den Balkon auch zum Sitzen nutzen kann.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber im Silken Bilbao war es vielfältiger und angenehmer vom Raum her.
Der "SPA Bereich" hat uns enttäuscht: der Pool ist zwar groß und angenehm temperiert zum Schwimmen, aber es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeit, sich noch aufzuhalten, da es weder Liegen noch Stühle gibt, auch nicht bei der Sauna (die ohnehin nicht angeschaltet war). Unter SPA hätte ich mir etwas anderes vorgestellt.
Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."
