The check in with Ezra and Alexon was outstanding . We were a group of a few families that they were able to cluster together on a floor. They were so friendly and accommodating, it was a superior guest experience.

Parking is a nightmare. Staff didn’t explained properly where to park. No property map was given. Front desk was training a lot of new staff. Might be better to do it during the week not on a busy Saturday. Our first room the toilet was broken. 2nd room was good. Comfortable bed, lots of towels. We were on the first floor right at the pool/hot tub so was a little loud. I would go back now that I know the parking a Di would request a higher floor.

Long time to check in, as only 1 agent on the front desk (Meg). Issue with the cleanliness of the room, which was dealt with promptly. Village area and staff were very friendly.....special mention to Barbe and Nat-Kat. Overall a very nice stay.

The room we got was spacious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra special. The weather was a bit chilly, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool (not their fault), but aside from that, everything was perfect. There are lots of food options nearby on the pricier side, but every place we tried was worth it.

There is always a lot going on at Blue Mountain, and the Village Suites offer an extremely convenient plave to stay. We had a kitchenette. We only used the mini fridge and glasses, but it would have been great if we were staying longer. The pool and hot tub were great features. Underground parking was also convenient, and worth the extra $20 per night. We didn’t have a balcony, which was a shame, as it would have been nice to have some private outdoor space. The in-room TV was tiny. This really isn’t a place you come to hang out in the room. Of course, the village has lots to offer, albeit fairly expensive.

When we checked in the blankets, had blood stains on them. I had to call for them to change the sheets. Also, there were kids running around in the halls. Well past 11.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. We like the cleanliness of the property, and the variety of retail and dining options. The only thing we feel needs improvement is the check-in process. The lobby was packed with people arriving and the openness of the area made it difficult to hear what the woman at reception was telling us. From what I understand, this area is the only check-in area for all buildings on the property. Having an express check-in or pre check-in would have saved us the time and hassle of dealing with a huge crowd in the lobby.
